What building in Redwood Valley actually involves.
Redwood Valley is rural, a valley of lifestyle blocks, orchards and vineyards just north of Richmond. Most sites are larger rural sections where a home can be placed for sun, shelter and outlook.
Building consent goes through Tasman District Council. Rural sites here usually rely on their own water and an on-site wastewater system, both designed and consented for the specific site. We factor that in from the first sketch.

- Water supply: rainwater collection or a bore where there is no town supply.
- Wastewater: an on-site system designed and consented for your soils and site.
- Consent: your building consent through Tasman District Council, plus any resource consent your site needs.
