Our website runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we only work with reputable providers for hosting, forms, email and bookings, each of which maintains its own security standards. We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as we need it to respond to you and, where relevant, to meet our own business and legal record-keeping obligations, and then delete or de-identify it. If you have subscribed to our guide or newsletter, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
