Good questions
Before you request your proposal.
What counts as "plans drawn"?
Concept or working drawings that are far enough along to price from, floor plan, elevations and a basic specification. They do not need to be consent-ready. If you are not sure whether yours are far enough along, send them through and we will tell you honestly.
Is this really free?
Yes, for the projects this offer covers. A detailed price proposal is normally provided at our standard professional fee, and this is complimentary until 31 December 2026. See the terms below.
What do I actually receive?
A complete, transparent price broken down line by line, trade by trade and material by material, not a rough per-square-metre estimate.
Am I obligated to build with Ecotectural afterwards?
No. This is a genuine, no-obligation price proposal. Plenty of people use it simply to find out what their project actually costs before deciding how to proceed.
What if my project is under $1 million?
This particular offer is for projects at $1 million or more. For anything smaller, get in touch and we will give you an honest figure grounded in your site and brief.
How long does it take?
