Together with your brief and one of our architects we can develop ideas, elevations and a site plan. To provide this detail we need to acquire a current record of title, contour site map, septic design, Geotech and occasionally a structural engineers report depending on design.
Acceptance of draft/concepts and costings
The initial deposit is included in the cost of the home and is non-refundable. The deposit covers the cost of Design, Draughting, Surveying, Geotech, Surveyor and structural engineering if needed.
Ecotectural has open book pricing systems which allows full transparency in pricing.

Once concept plans have been accepted working drawings can proceed. Once final plans have been accepted Resource and Building consents can be filed.
Once building consent is granted construction can begin. Our project manager will create and implement a build schedule for our builders, coordinate all suppliers and sub-contractors to flow as smooth as possible. Our teams will work with you throughout the build process including you in any major changes and keeping you up to date with your budget .
Before the required final inspection for Code of Compliance we will ensure the house meets The Ecotectural Homes Quality Assurance process. We will walk through the house with you for final sign off. After that we hand you the keys to your new home
Ecotectural 10 year maintenance WOF.
Along with your keys you will receive a 10 year house maintenance WOF.
Were your house will be checked each year for the 10 warranty period. Any possible product failures or design faults can be identified and fixed cheaply or under warranty before it runs out.
